Timothy Lash, M.P.H., D.Sc.
  Consulting Associate in Epidemiology

Dr. Lash is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Boston University School of Public Health.  He has expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, and molecular biology. He currently teaches a course on modern epidemiologic methods. He has also taught health risk assessment and introductory epidemiology. Dr. Lash’s research interests focus on the etiology and treatment of breast cancer. His consulting work focuses on interpreting the results of epidemiologic investigations and applying such interpretations to environmental and occupational exposures.

Dr. Lash holds a B.S. in Life Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1987), an M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Environmental Health from the Boston University School of Public Health (1992), and a D.Sc. in Epidemiology from the Boston University School of Public Health (1999).
